Monday – Saturday: Orders placed before 2pm qualify for same day delivery.
Sundays & Public Holidays: No deliveries are scheduled on these days unless otherwise stated during special occasions such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day.

For future delivery dates, you can pre-book at any time and select your preferred date during checkout.

What Happens If The Recipient Isn’t Home?

We understand that life is busy and recipients may occasionally be out when we arrive. Our drivers are instructed to follow a careful process to ensure your gift is kept safe and delivered as intended:

  • If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour and leave a calling card at the recipient's address explaining who accepted delivery on their behalf.
  • If neighbours are unavailable, flowers will be placed in a safe, weather-protected area near the residence. A calling card will specify the location.
  • If neither option is possible, we will return the flowers to our shop and arrange a convenient redelivery at no extra charge.

Your message and care instructions are always included with the delivery, so recipients receive their flowers in perfect condition and with your thoughtful wishes attached.
